I’ve finally made use of the little bit of variegated yarn, four rows worth, that I had left after making ‘Bunnies in the Garden’, ripple #31 of 2011.
Obviously I had no plan. Since I was using so many yarns from my scrap box, fifteen I think, it seemed easier to just ad-lib this time. Almost all the stripes are only one row wide. With all those color changes I put wide stripes on the ends to help hold in the ‘chaos’. lol
I like it! – makes me feel like spring is just around the corner.
ad lib- that’s my kind of blanket 🙂
Yeah, sometimes it’s really nice not to think about it, but to just crochet another row. . .
So springy! Here comes Peter Cottontaill, hoppin’ down the bunny trail!
All this talk of spring makes me think I should get started on recycling crayons for the foster kids’ Easter baskets!
I love this one, Linda!
