2013 #30 – Sailing

I had fun making this ripple which features another of last week’s one dollar yarns. This time I made use of the multi-colored Plymouth Dreambaby DK down in the lower right hand corner.

Doesn’t it look Great with the bright blue I had left after #27?

In an effort to make the most out of what I had of each color, I figured out a relatively simple striping plan:

2 rows white, 1 row Dreambaby, 2 rows white, 3 bright blue, followed by

2 rows white, 1 row Dreambaby, 2 rows white and 4 bright blue.

It’s a great summer combination, lots of cool blue and white with assorted bits of Happy Colors!
