And No Longer Just Burgundy and White

How the blanket/shawl? looked when I found it at Sal’s. . .

With Emily’s help, I added navy strips on both long sides.

Used the entire over-sized skein of RHSS Soft Navy I recently got at Savers!

Then added one plain double crochet round of this variegated, a long-stashed gift from AnastaciaKnits.

It is definitely a BLANKET now, measuring about 45″ by 68″.  – Please pardon the stony bumps showing through the white. –

Looks nice! I’m still peeking at your pics! I’ve been busy making afghans for gifts, it keeps me busy! Just finished up a set for soon to be triplets! All done in the Univ. of Georgia colors…the Grandpa to be is a big fan of their football team! Keep up the good work!

    • Hi Kathy. It’s wonderful to hear from you! Thank You.

Triplets!! Sounds like you had fun designing coordinating afghans for them.
My congrats to the entire family. They’re soon going to have their hands full!
